Role: Sr Technical IT Project Manager - ERP JDE/Oracle

• Our Project Management practice group is currently seeking a Sr Technical IT Project Manager who has strong experience in ERP implementations (JD Edwards/Oracle/SAP) to support one of our global Healthcare devices/Life Science clients, based out of Michigan.
• In this role, the Sr IT Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing ERP implementations from JDE/Oracle/SAP.
• A successful candidate would leverage effective project management practices and technical ERP understandings to work collaboratively with various divisions and cross functional teams globally while delivering cost-effective implementation exceeding stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Understanding and experience with ERP implementations - JDE/Oracle/SAP
• Technical understanding of JDE/Oracle/SAP
• Define project scope, assess impact, determine implementation approach determine schedule, budget, work with stakeholders, Organizational Change Management.
• Actively collaborate with the stakeholders in a consultative role eliciting business and technical requirements and help prioritize implementation aligning to IT strategies.
• Align to business and IT priorities by effectively leveraging waterfall, iterative and Agile methodologies.
• Effectively utilize the PM Framework, leveraging the tools like Planview, JIRA, Confluence and other collaboration tools for increased productivity.
• Effective communicator, adjusting to different time zones and cultures, in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Lead team to resolve all program/project issues and constraints, effectively communicate, manage expectations and resolve conflicts work
