Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

Patient population : Adult-Geriatric
Dress code : Traveler provided professional scrubs (no logos)
EMR : Epic

Non-Billable Orientation: 0
Multipliers (OT, Holiday): 1.25%

• 2+ years Med Surg experience
• THIS POSITION WILL FLOAT TO KINGSBURY AS NEEDED
• CARDIAC DRIP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS NEED. NOTE EXPERIENCE ON PROFILE
• DEMENTIA EXPERIENCE/MANAGEMENT REQUIRED
• NIHSS strongly preferred
• EPIC experience
• This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
  
• Perm address must be included in profile
• ANY/ALL RTO must be included with profile
• ALL medical/occ health compliance items MUST be ordered/collected/resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance for this client. Proofs MUST be uploaded to Trio.

• Work History
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS, ACLS and PERM ADDRESS)
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• New Hampshire

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH license must be in-hand at profile upload. Facility will not pend license
Weekend Requirements : Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation
On Call Requirements : None
