What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3–6 months in customer service or call center roles. Remote work experience is a plus.

  • Typing & Accuracy: Ability to type at least 40 WPM with good accuracy. Mistakes can happen—but you care enough to catch and correct them.

  • Home Office Setup:

    • Windows PC (Win 10 or 11) with at least 2 GB RAM and a processor 2 GHz+ (Intel or AMD).

    • Wired internet connection only (no WiFi), with speeds of at least 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload .

    • USB headset with a mic. And a quiet place to work—no continuous background noise.

  • Communication Skills: Great verbal and listening skills; friendly, clear, and helpful tone.

  • Self-Starter: You can manage yourself, learn quickly, adapt to policies, and consistently meet targets.

  • Availability: At least 20 hours/month ; more if you want.

  • Trust & Integrity: Must pass background checks; protect customer privacy and confidentiality at all times.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

  • Handle/support customer interactions via calls, chat, and email .

  • Keep records, follow up on issues, and ensure problems are resolved.

  • Meet quality and speed targets (response times, resolution metrics, etc.).

  • Share feedback and help us improve customer support policies and workflows.
