AllTech Services is growing—and fast. We've recently passed 200,000 YouTube subscribers , and our digital presence is expanding across every platform. As our marketing team scales to meet that momentum, we’re looking for a creative, curious, and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to help us keep the energy going.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and schedule content for social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and print materials

• Assist with growing and managing our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

• Support video production and post content to our fast-growing YouTube channel

• Organize marketing calendars and campaign timelines

• Coordinate promotional materials and support community outreach efforts

• Help track and analyze campaign performance (open rates, engagement, traffic, etc.)

• Collaborate with recruiting and service teams to highlight company culture, career opportunities, and customer success stories

• Bring new ideas to the table and help us move fast without losing our personality

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A creative mindset and a strong eye for detail

• Eager to learn and comfortable taking initiative

• Familiarity with platforms like Canva, Capcut, Adobe Suite or video editing tools (or a strong willingness to learn)

• Interest or background in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships count!)

• Full-time

• On-site in Sterling, VA (with occasional remote flexibility)

• Hourly pay with growth potential based on performance
