As our Cross-Border E-commerce Business Partner, you will:

1.Develop and execute the company’s cross-border e-commerce strategy to expand global markets.

2.Lead and manage the cross-border e-commerce team to improve overall operational efficiency.

3.Establish and maintain strong relationships with overseas partners to expand business channels.

4.Analyze global market trends and competitor dynamics to create targeted marketing strategies.

Participate in major company decisions and contribute to the company’s growth.

1.Multicultural Background:

Foreign national with a master's degree or higher, having studied in China, and possessing a deep understanding of Chinese culture.

Proficient in Chinese, English, and Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures.

Deep knowledge of foreign cultural environments, enabling precise understanding of market differences and consumer behavior.

2.Entrepreneurial Passion and Determination:

Strong entrepreneurial drive, willing to fully commit to the cross-border e-commerce venture, sharing both risks and rewards with the company.

Proactive work attitude and unwavering entrepreneurial spirit, capable of tackling challenges head-on.

3.Cross-Border E-commerce Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of cross-border e-commerce operations and rules, familiar with platforms like Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, and independent websites.

Ability to develop effective platform strategies to enhance traffic, conversion rates, and sales.

4.Industry Experience:

Experience in the automotive parts or related industries, with a solid understanding of market trends, product features, and supply chain management.

Capable of leveraging industry insights to accurately target customers and create tailored marketing strategies.

5.Exceptional Communication Skills:

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, able to interact effectively with team members, partners, and clients.

Skilled at articulating ideas clearly while actively listening to and understanding others' needs.
