Work 3 Weeks. Take a 7-Day Vacation. Repeat. At 18 Wheels USA , we offer the ultimate work-life balance for OTR drivers. Our 21-Day Fleet allows you to maximize your earnings with high-mileage freight and then unplug completely for 7 full days at home. No interruptions, just your time.
Pay & Benefits:
Weekly Average: $1,730 - $2,153 per week.
True Pay: We pay on ALL miles—loaded and empty.
Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plus a 401(k) with Company Match (starts 1st of the month after 60 days).
The Schedule:
Rotation: Run for 21 days, then home for 7 Days.
Truck Policy: NO slip seat. You return to the same truck.
Parking: You can take the truck home on your time off (unless living in FL).
Freight & Equipment:
Top-Tier Fleet: The vast majority are Freightliner Cascadias with some Kenworth T680s , representing the highest standards for our tractor and trailer fleets. All trucks are Automatics .
The Freight: Primarily Ecommerce. This is direct transit, high-priority cargo.
Night Driving: To keep this high-speed freight moving, expect to drive overnight.
Requirements :
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Experience: Must have 1 Year OTR in the last 2 years.
Compliance: Ability to pass DOT physical/exam and have a Clean MVR.
