Description
This role is for an attorney in the field of insurance defense. The position covers all aspects of case handling and offers the chance to work with a diverse client portfolio, including national companies and professional sports organizations. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are available, though candidates should be located within approximately one hour of the Ontario office. Requirements:
Active Bar membership in good standing.
At least 5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation or Insurance Defense preferred, though candidates at all levels, including recent bar passers, will be considered. Strong research, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Capacity to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys, legal staff, and administrative teams.
