As a Youth Career Coach , you'll be on the front lines of empowerment—guiding youth with disabilities as they discover their strengths, set goals, and succeed in meaningful, inclusive employment. You’ll play a vital role in helping them build confidence, independence, and long-term career success.
This is an hourly position reporting to the KANSASWORKS Network for Employment and Career Transition for Youth (knectY) Supervisor.

Employee experience: This position may require travel to meet with clients, attend employer meetings, or participate in community events.
