The Job

Our client is seeking a highly driven Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to spearhead our wholesale real estate business development in the United States. This role blends sales leadership with entrepreneurial freedom, offering the chance to scale a business while building long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead wholesale real estate business operations and close profitable deals in the US market
  • Build, manage, and expand client relationships
  • Implement growth strategies while adapting to market competition
  • Deliver profitability within the first 2 months by executing deals

The Profile

Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Must be a US resident with excellent English proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of growth strategies
  • Resilience and drive to achieve ambitious performance goals
  • No previous real estate experience required

Real Estate Expertise (Desirable / Nice-to-Have):

  • Active experience in real estate (wholesale, investment, or sales)
  • Deep understanding of the US real estate market and wholesale process
  • Existing network of investors, cash buyers, or motivated sellers (ideal but not required)
  • Track record of closing deals and overcoming objections
  • Knowledge of contracts, assignment agreements, and due diligence

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Revenue-based compensation with potential to earn up to 95% of revenue based on performance
  • Average wholesale contract fee: $10,000
  • Minimum target: £8,000 gross/month by end of first year
  • Consultancy agreement (independent contractor model)
  • Equity options for long-term performers
