Role Overview
My client is seeking a Visual Designer to help elevate their digital presence and lead the creative direction behind their marketing initiatives. This role will shape everything from web and landing page design to campaign visuals, social content, PR assets, and event collateral. You’ll be responsible for creating high-performing, Webflow-based experiences that support SEO, lead generation, and brand consistency.
You’ll collaborate closely with their marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver integrated campaigns and ensure seamless design-to-development workflows. This includes working with third-party tools such as HubSpot, Termly, analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Webflow-powered websites and landing pages with a focus on performance, accessibility, and SEO alignment.
Develop design systems, style guides, and responsive component libraries to ensure cohesive brand execution.
Partner with content, SEO, and growth teams to align visual design with B2B performance marketing and organic search strategies.
Produce UI/UX assets that strengthen brand identity while improving usability and engagement.
Integrate front-end designs with external tools (HubSpot, Termly, analytics suites, and similar platforms).
Create visual assets for various marketing channels, including social media, PR campaigns, and digital or in-person event experiences.
Support storytelling through motion graphics, interactive demos, and tradeshow visuals.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to measure design impact and guide optimization.
Stay informed on Webflow advancements, AI-driven creative tools, and evolving digital marketing practices.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in brand, visual, or digital design (preferably in B2B environments).
Advanced proficiency in Webflow, including CMS setup, custom code, and structural optimization.
Solid understanding of front-end development fundamentals to support smooth handoff to engineering.
Experience integrating third-party platforms such as HubSpot, Termly, and analytics tools.
Strong understanding of SEO principles—semantic HTML, indexing, discoverability, and content structure.
Expertise in typography, layout, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Skilled in animation, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
Background in industrial or emerging tech industries is a plus.
Familiarity with CAD assets or interactive 3D tools for event/tradeshow environments is beneficial.
