Responsibilities

Weekend Visitation Coordinator/Receptionist

Part time Weekend: EVERY SAT & SUN (Noon to 4pm)

MUST HAVE clinical assessment skills

Hill Crest Behavioral Health is an acute care, 194 bed inpatient psychiatric facility located in Birmingham, AL, providing mental health services for adolescents and adults.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Perform Clinical Assessments
  • Knowledge of all phases of  telephone and telecommunication services
  • Ability to handle light typing and clerical duties
  • Knowledge of Computer Applications
  • Positive guest relations demeanor
  • Experience and workable knowledge of general office procedures
  • Work with Families and Kids compliantly coordinating visitation procedures.
