Schools are accredited by AdvancED and the IB organisation. Teachers are mainly recruited from western, native speaking countries. Although the school does also recruit from local Arabic countries as well.Maths Teacher Requirements:
**Degree in Mathematics
**Teaching qualification in Mathematics e.g PGCE, PGDE, teaching license
**At least 2 years teaching experience in Mathematics
**Western-trained
**Native speaker of English
**IB MYP and DP experience is preferred or if you have USA Common Core
**Up to date with modern teaching methodology and technology
Students are mainly Emirati and so English is not the first language and so you need to have great experience to deliver highly practical and engaging lessons of mathematics to ensure the student are engaged and well motivated.
