Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with labor relations matters including documentation, research and correspondence related to contract administration
  • Conduct legal research and compile findings for use in decision-making
  • Draft investigation reports and organize related documentation
  • Provide executive administrative support, inclusive of scheduling, drafting/proofreading correspondence, assisting with creating training materials based on various topics related to leadership development and contract administration
  • Conduct legal review and provide preliminary recommendations at the direction of Chief Counsel
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of work.


Please note, this is a temporary, part-time position.

Schedule: Flexible hours, up to 15 hours per week based on need/telework option


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Executive administrative or paralegal training.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal or executive office setting.
  • Experience in public education, labor relations setting preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • This is a temporary, hourly position with flexible scheduling.
  • Work may be performed remotely or on-site, depending on organizational needs.
  • Position does not include benefits.
