- Worksite Location: Eagan, MN | Hybrid - 2 days onsite
- Compensation: $30-$34.00/hr W2
- Contract Duration: 4 months
- Note: Must have minimum 5 years experience as a coordinator scheduling and coordinating interviews, scheduling hiring strategy meetings and scheduling interview debriefs.
What you’ll do as the Talent Coordinator: - Provide a seamless and white glove experience for all candidates, new hires, and internal teams
- Partner with key team members to ensure proper coordination and scheduling of meetings and interviews
- Serve as the connection between the talent and onboarding teams, ensuring we provide a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved
- Coordinate all pre-employment activities for candidates: initiate and monitor pre-employment background check and drug screening processes, process new hires in ATS (Workday), partner with HR operations to ensure all new hire paperwork is completed
- Keep team documents and resources organized and up to date
- Prepare and maintain hiring manager and applicant-related correspondence
- Other duties as assigned
What you’ll bring to the Talent Coordinator role: - High school diploma (or equivalency)
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- 3+ years of related experience. All relevant experience, including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience, will be considered
- Project management/coordination skills
- High sense of business acumen in writing and in person/over the phone
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy skills, including intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
