As a Special Education Teacher at Anderson, you will have the opportunity to help optimize the quality of life for individuals with autism by developing, carrying out, and maintaining educational systems and instructional programs rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis. Your role will include ongoing formal and informal assessment of each student's unique set of abilities and needs, the development of IEP goals and instructional interventions, and a chance to harness the power of technology and evidence-based practices to address challenges and unlock potential every day. As a Special Education Teacher, you will also lead the professional team, facilitating meetings, linking related service initiatives to classroom programs, and providing direct supervision and guidance to all Teachers Aides.

Pay Range: $61,715.99 - $72,336.41 Annual Salary; Based on experience and NYS Teaching Certification.
