Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Parts Order Picker to join our Service Parts Department. This role is critical in supporting field operations by ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of parts orders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in organization and accuracy, and understands the importance of playing a key role in keeping our field operations running smoothly.

Position Responsibilities

• Pick and stage parts orders based on daily demand
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and labels for accuracy before packing
• Work with in ERP system and Microsoft Office
• Safely operate carts, ladders, and other material handling equipment
• Restock materials and assist with regular cycle counts and audits
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Field customer and technician parts questions and requests as needed

Position Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing superior customer service
• Ability to set and prioritize goals and achieve them per a schedule.
• Ability to execute and follow through on instructions given by supervisor
• Knowledge of computer, MS Word and MS Excel programs
• Ability to articulate clearly when writing including composition, spelling and punctuation.
• Ability to safely operate a Forklift and other warehousing and shipping equipment
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable Transportation

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have

• One or more years’ experience in parts/warehouse
• Experience with ERP systems

Physical Requirements

• The ideal candidate must be able to lift over 50lbs, and complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• Work is performed in a warehouse environment but requires the ability to operate standard office equipment
• Requires duties performed in a warehouse or production setting, including loud noises.
• Work up to 80% of the day on foot, walking and moving throughout the facility
