Our Client is seeking a skilled and motivated litigation associate with a minimum of 4 to 5 + years of heavy litigation experience for its Silicon Valley office. Must have stellar research, writing, and analytical skills; and experience managing case load and case deadlines in a busy litigation practice, as well as attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and motivation to serve clients at the highest level.
Compensation for associates ranges from $140,000 – $215,000 plus annual performance-based bonuses. The actual salary within those ranges will depend on the selected candidates’ years of practice and experience.
The firm offers a hybrid work arrangement option and an annual telecommute budget to support remote work. The firm’s billable hour requirement is 1850. Attorneys receive competitive health insurance benefits, a 401(k) with a partial match, and are eligible for annual discretionary and billable hour bonuses.
