Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain staking infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the economics team to identify and analyse staking opportunities.
• Collaborate with blockchain engineers to integrate smart contracts and SDKs for interacting with protocol.
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform code reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in DeFi and blockchain technologies.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Backend/DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Blockchain: Knowledge of blockchain consensus and staking mechanisms.
• DevOps: Proficient with DevOp practices and tools.
• AWS Services: Skilled working with cloud providers like AWS to build complex systems.
• Smart Contracts: Ability to write in Solidity with a focus on security best practices. 
• Databases: Knowledgeable about databases and SQL.
• Version Control: Expertise in Git.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to work in an agile environment.
