Job Description

This position is recruited for the branch of an "overseas game company", and it is currently in the preliminary stage. Job Responsibilities Assistant to Senior Management:

1. Assist senior management personnel of the company in completing daily management affairs, itinerary planning, and coordination work for specific projects.
2. Participate in important company meetings, be responsible for taking meeting minutes and following up and implementing subsequent matters.
3. Establish and maintain relationships between the company and external partners to enhance the company's image and influence.

1. Be responsible for the operation of overseas game products, and assist in formulating, implementing, supervising, and analyzing strategies.
2. Based on user feedback and data analysis, assist the R&D and planning teams in modifying products, provide solutions, and ensure that product data meets the standards.
3. Conduct scientific analysis of game operation data, explore various ways to increase the number of online users and paid revenue of the products, and enhance product stickiness.
4. Coordinate with the planning and marketing teams to prepare versions for the game's launch, plan online and offline activities, and track the operation status of the game after its launch.
5. Analyze problems according to the online operation effect of the game products, and provide optimization suggestions for product iterative development to improve product operation effectiveness.
6. Be responsible for monitoring relevant game products in the industry, pay attention to industry trends, and adjust operation strategies in a timely manner.

1. A bachelor's degree or above from a university ranked among the top 50 in the QS World Rankings globally.
2. Fluent in English and able to adapt to a fully English-speaking office environment.
3. 0-3 years of work experience in game operation in the game industry, familiar with the operation process.
4. Have high emotional intelligence, good communication skills, excellent stress resistance, and flexible adaptability.
5. Have a good appearance and temperament, and be willing to travel on business.
