In this role, you'll help students reach their full potential by providing evaluations, creating individualized plans of care, and delivering therapy services that truly make a difference. Rewarding work that changes lives What You'll Do: + Perform client evaluations and develop personalized therapy plans + Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with each student's plan of care + Document services accurately and timely Minimum Requirements: + Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice + Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program + One (1) year of prior OT experience preferred + Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable) + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age Ready to make a difference?
