Job Description

Business Analyst with Salesforce (functional) expertise someone who has worked as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects , understands Service/Experience Cloud, and can collaborate with devs/admins to implement solutions.

Client need Strong Business Analyst (BA) background requirement gathering, stakeholder management, documentation, ROI analysis, regulatory compliance along with Salesforce hands-on (Service Cloud & Experience Cloud) should be able to understand configurations, workflows, and system capabilities.

Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: New Brunswick, NJ ( 5 Days Onsite )

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Requirements Gathering Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for key applications
• Work with the development team to design and develop solutions that meet business requirements
• Collaborate with the testing team to develop and execute test plans. Identify and report defects and issues
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process changes
• Should be able to work with tools like JIRA, ALM, Sharepoint, Confluence, ServiceNow ..etc on operations, application releases and projects
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, such as GxP, FDA regulations, GDPR ..etc as applicable. Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Experience on salesforce application projects
