Compensation: Base Pay + Uncapped Commission ($80K–$160K+ Annually) On Target Earnings of $120K

We’re hiring Door-to-Door canvassers to join our high-energy, fast-growing team in the St. Charles area. No experience? No problem. We’ll train you in everything — from roofing to exteriors to our proven sales system.

All you need is a hustle mindset, a magnetic personality, and the drive to succeed.

👋 Knock with Confidence – Approach and build rapport with homeowners!
🔍 Identify Needs – Assess roofing or exterior concerns and present custom solutions!
📝 Follow Up & Close Deals – Turn leads into signed jobs!
📲 Stay Organized – Track your leads and manage contacts through our CRM

Charismatic Communicator – People naturally trust and like you
Natural Closer – You handle objections and make signing easy
D2D Experience – You’ve knocked before (Solar, alarms, pest control, etc.) and enjoy the grind
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with CRMs, mobile tools, and digital follow-up systems.
