The Role
We’re hiring a full-time BOH Manager/Lead Cook to oversee back-of-house operations and lead a small, tight-knit kitchen team. You’ll handle:
Food prep, cooking, and plating to recipe standards
Staff training & motivation
Ordering, receiving, and inventory management
Maintaining food safety standards
Supporting a < 5-person BOH team
What We’re Looking For
2+ years BOH leadership experience (Lead Cook, Kitchen Supervisor, Key Holder, or similar)
Experience in an independent or scratch-kitchen restaurant preferred
Food safety certification (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication & leadership skills
Able to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and lead by example
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Able to stand for long shifts and lift to 50 lbs
