The Remote Online Chat Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues through online chat communication. This position requires strong written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via live chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.

• Answer questions, provide product/service details, and assist with troubleshooting.
