Description We are looking for an experienced Corporate Attorney to join a healthcare company on a part-time contract basis. In this role, you will primarily focus on managing vendor agreements and other commercial contracts while providing expert legal support to the in-house team. This is a contract position requiring approximately 15 hours per week and is fully remote. Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, with a focus on vendor agreements. - Manage approximately 10 contracts weekly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. - Provide legal advice and guidance on commercial agreements and related matters. - Utilize Ironclad software to streamline contract management processes. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address contract-related concerns and resolve disputes. - Review and update contract templates to enhance efficiency and minimize legal risks. - Maintain organized records and documentation of all contracts and legal activities.
