We’re looking for a Property Manager to oversee multiple properties for a leading Real Estate Law Firm.

You’ll work closely with senior management to ensure properties run smoothly and maintain high occupancy and satisfaction rates.
Oversee multiple commercial and residential properties, daily property operations, including maintenance, rent collection, tenant relations, and vendor management.
Maintain high occupancy levels through marketing and leasing support.
Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial and operational performance.
Coordinate repairs, inspections, and contracts for services such as landscaping, security, and waste removal.
Handle tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and compliance with property regulations.
2+ years of property management experience (residential or commercial)
Knowledge of Yardi is highly preferred
Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with property management or industry-relevant software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
Excellent problem-solving and customer service mindset
