Project Manager – Grove City, PA

Hall Manufacturing Technology, LLC is currently seeking a full-time Project Manager. The position is in Grove City, PA

Project Manager Responsibilities but not limited to:

· Work with the estimator developing quotes, developing budgets, determining manpower requirements, meeting projected milestones, presenting project status.

· Produce daily update reports for management

· Work with the sales force to ensure accurate drawing standard practices are being adhered to.

· Great knowledge of project management software.

· Assist the purchasing agent with obtaining quotes and ensuring proper material certifications are correct along with being able to meet the project milestones.

· Overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term manufacturing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget

· Coordinating with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and production to ensure project requirements are met and to resolve any technical challenges.

Qualifications:

· 3 years project management

· 3 years’ experience with steel fabrication

· Fluent in Microsoft projects

· Microsoft Excel, Word, and Projects

Desired Skills:

· Ability to work well in a team environment

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Detail oriented for complete project duration

· Experience working with DOT’s desired but not required

· Ability to manage multiple projects

· Good understanding of shop drawings

· Ability to do material take-offs

· Purchasing experience

· Self-Starter
