Our practice is now accepting applications for a front office team member to work in a fast-paced setting while working directly with patients and team members to help facilitate exceptional care for our patients. Responsibilities Front office duties such as checking patients in and out, collecting copays, scheduling appointments for multiple providers Answer phones and schedule new patient leads. Provide excellent customer service to all patients and caregivers. Ensure patients have a completed the appropriate financial consent forms and financial agreements Maintain patient records with strong attention to detail and adherence to HIPAA Privacy Practices. Serve as a liaison between the Doctors, other medical professionals and patients, as appropriate. Ensure efficient office operations; including distribution/response to mail, answering and returning of phone calls and direction of workflow as necessary Qualifications At least 1 year experience in a Chiropractic or Physical Therapy practice is preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Highly motivated and organized Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Maintain productivity in a high volume multi-tasked environment High school diploma or equivalent Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
