Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Work within our order processing & billing departments with hands on contract and sales order processing
• Work with our compliance department ensuring risk management adherence
• Work on the current project which spans multiple departments and systems
• Work in salesforce and other ordering systems to entitle service, add charges to a billing account, and/or reconcile reports for invoicing.

Skills:

• Previous experience on a project or in a corporate environment is a plus
• An analytical approach to solving problems
• Competency with the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and billing systems preferred.
