The overall responsibility of the position is delivering baked goods to customers in a 16-18 foot box truck along an assigned route overnight. This involves loading and unloading a truck as well as placing deliveries in good condition inside customers businesses.
Essential Duties:
Include the following, but not limited to
º Driving a 16 to 18 foot box truck
º Verifying product is packed correctly and in good condition
º Delivering product in good condition to customers, and according to customers’ specifications
º Occasional customer interactions, with follow up communication with our office staff
Experience:
o A minimum of 1 years’ experience in delivery / driving
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
º Ability to work independently and efficiently
º Recent MVR from the state that your driver’s license is issued
º No more than 1 moving violation on your MVR in the past year
º Standard state issued driver’s license
º Reliable transportation to and from work
º Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
º Punctuality
º Be a team player!
