Title: NetSuite Administrator

Reports to: Controller 

Location: Remote or Office-based (Las Vegas)

Summary:

As a member of the Accounting & Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing Oracle NetSuite ERP systems. You will demonstrate your expertise in customizing and configuring NetSuite, managing integrations, and enhancing business processes. You will bring an in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Oracle NetSuite ERP system and a broad understanding and appreciation of accounting and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related queries and issues.

• Tailoring NetSuite modules and features to meet specific business requirements, including developing and maintaining custom scripts, workflows, and reports, and configuring dashboards and KPIs.

• Managing integrations with other business systems and ensuring smooth data flow between platforms.

• Possess the ability to write complex queries/saved searches to extract, analyze, and manipulate data from the ERP system.

• Providing technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training sessions on NetSuite functionality and best practices.

• Working with various stakeholders and departments to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.

• Staying updated on NetSuite releases and enhancements, identifying areas for improvement, and proactively implementing system enhancements.

• Identify areas of risk in NetSuite due to updates from new releases and enhancements.

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of NetSuite ERP system administration and configuration.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• General understanding of SQL.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Comprehensive understanding of processes within the organization.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable direction.

• Proactive mentality.

• Experience in process reengineering and optimization.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Capability to be a self-starter and achieve goals independently.

Preferred:

• BS in Accounting/Finance with some business experience in an accounting or finance role.

• NetSuite Certified Administrator is a plus.

• Exhibit proficiency in Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Builder for customizations.

• Previous project management experience.
