General Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive NetSuite Administrator to support and maintain our NetSuite ERP system. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience in NetSuite administration who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and helping teams work more efficiently.
You will be responsible for day-to-day system administration, user support, and basic customizations within NetSuite. You’ll also assist with integrations, reporting, and system improvements to help our business run smoothly. This position requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the NetSuite platform, including user roles, permissions, and system configurations.
Provide support to users across departments (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) by troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
Create and manage saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business needs.
Assist with testing and deploying new NetSuite features, modules, and system updates.
Support integrations with third-party tools such as Avalara, RF-Smart, and Magento (via Celigo).
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
Monitor data quality and system performance, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Document system processes and provide training to end users as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite administration.
Familiarity with NetSuite modules such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory Management.
Experience with saved searches, custom reports, dashboards, and basic workflows (SuiteFlow).
Exposure to SuiteScript or willingness to learn basic scripting.
Understanding of ERP best practices and business processes.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in both Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
NetSuite Administrator Certification (preferred but not required).
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry standard office equipment (e.g., laptop).
May require occasional bending or kneeling to set up or troubleshoot hardware.
