Job Description
MS Dynamics CRM Developer needs 4+ Years of MS Dynamics CRM with total 8+ years of experience.
MS Dynamics CRM Developer requires:
oMS Dynamics CRM, ERP, LOB, Sharepoint, Office 365 Admin, SSIS, CRM Security Model, CRM Web API, JavaScript, .Net, SSRL, SQL Server
oRequirement Gathering and Gap Fit Analysis
oSolution Design and configurations
oExperience in Integrations with other enterprise systems like ERP, LOB on premise and online systems
oExperience in integrations with MS Outlook, SharePoint, O365 Administration and AD Synchronization
oData Migration using Scribe/SSIS or similar tools
oShould have worked on extending dynamics CRM by plugins, custom workflow activities and web resources
oShould have a good understanding of CRM security model
oShould have experience in creating OOB CRM and Custom/SSRS reports for CRM
oHands on Experience in configuring, customizing MS Dynamics CRM, CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST)
oExtremely good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 product (Entities, Workflows and configuration)
oExposure to Dynamics CRM technical aspects esp. Java-scripting, Installation - Extremely sound in Dynamics CRM Entities , workflows , configurations , customization development , integrations development.
oProficient on CRM Functional areas in Sales Force Automation, Marketing automation and Service management functionality.
oExtremely sound in core .NET technology and related areas - WCF, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server
oSound in deployment aspects
oExperience of working as CRM Developer for at least 2 implementation projects
oExperience integrating CRM using web services (rest/soap) and messaging (NServiceBus)
oExpertise in writing Plug Ins, Workflow, business process flows and custom scripts.
oKnowledge of best practices and guidelines for design and development in CRM 2013/2015
oHands on knowledge of Agile development
oGood and assertive in communication and articulation skills
MS Dynamics CRM Developer duties:
oWork with the business team and application team to understand the requirements.
oWork in the Agile methodology (SCRUM, KANBAN)
