QUALIFICATIONS
The candidate will have a bachelor and/or master’s degree in planning or landscape architecture with 3-5 years of California planning experience in the private sector and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and AutoCAD 3D.The candidate will work under the direction of Sr. Planners and Project Managers in the preparation of specific plans, environmental reports, project summary reports, and project feasibility reports. Must have a positive attitude and a passion for producing innovative, high-quality projects.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong technical land planning background
Understanding of fundamental civil engineering design principles
Ability to implement development goals and objectives and present project vision to stake holders and agencies
Proven track record in achieving entitlements
Ability to communicate ideas verbally and in writing with project teams and clients
Preparation of computer graphics
