🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and optimize SSIS, ADF, and Power Bi Reporting.
• Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Integrate data from various sources including Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems.
• Contribute to data architecture, governance, and best practices.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new features and capabilities within the Microsoft data ecosystem.

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in  SQL SSIS development , PowerBi report data modeling , and  ETL/ELT processes .
• Hands-on experience with SSIS , Microsoft Fabric ,  OneLake , and  Dataflows Gen2 .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, agile team.
• A growth mindset—you embrace change, seek feedback, and love learning.
• Experience working in consulting or fast-paced environments is a plus.

🛠️ Tech Stack & Skills:

• SQL Server ,  T-SQL ,  Power BI (SSIS, Data Modeling, DAX, Visualization)
• Microsoft Fabric ,  OneLake ,  Data Factory ,  Synapse Pipelines
• Azure Data Services ,  Dataverse ,  SharePoint
• Bonus: Power Platform familiarity, Python, Git, ALM practices
