🔧 We're Hiring: Maintenance Technician I! 🔧

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician I to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintenance operations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to support our daily operations.

📍 Location: Clayton, NC

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on utility systems including:​
  
  • Boilers​
  • Chillers​
  • Air Handling Units (AHUs)​
  • Compressors​
  • Vacuum Pumps​
• Monitor and operate Building Management Systems (BMS) or Building Integration Systems (BIS), such as Siemens, Honeywell, or similar platforms.​
• Execute and close Work Orders (WOs) using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP or equivalent.​
• Assist in preventive maintenance programs​
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with GMP and safety regulations.
  

What We're Looking For:

• Technical diploma or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.​
• 1–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or industrial utility environment.​
• Familiarity with BMS/BIS software platforms (e.g., Siemens Desigo, Honeywell EBI).​
• Working knowledge of CMMS tools (SAP PM module preferred).​
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols.
