Litigation Associate job at Weiner Law San Diego, CA, US

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. This role involves representing clients in contested probate and trust cases, as well as managing legal disputes related to wills, estates, fiduciary duties, and other civil litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in probate, trust, and civil litigation, with a strong ability to resolve complex legal issues efficiently and effectively. This is a remote position, with our main office located in San Diego. Responsibilities:

Represent clients in probate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, and estate-related conflicts.
Represent clients in civil litigation cases.
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, petitions, and discovery requests.
Provide guidance to clients on their rights, options, and strategies for resolving estate-related disputes.
Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to effectively manage caseloads and meet client needs.
Manage and oversee complex estate and trust litigation matters from inception to resolution.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in California.
4+ years of experience in civil and probate litigation.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to advocate effectively in court and during negotiations.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
