Job Title: Litigation Associate
Location: Remote (Hybrid option available)
Employment Type: Full-Time



Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for both state and federal courts.
• Develop legal arguments supporting class certification and liability.
• Manage discovery processes, including depositions and coordination with experts.
• Contribute to settlement negotiations and claims administration.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with active bar membership.
• 2 5 years of litigation experience, preferably with complex civil cases.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
• Candidates located in the Central District of California are highly encouraged to apply.
