Leasing Agent, Hiring Immediately!

• Full time Leasing agent
• Up to $18 an hour based on experience
• Right in Kalamazoo

Express is looking for a professional leasing agent to provide support to the Property Manager as well as current and future residents.

Leasing Consultant Duties/Responsibilities: (Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following) :

• Great visitors, answer phone, direct guest and inquiries as needed
• Assist with data entry and validation
• Acknowledging and resolving issues as they arise.
• Meeting with prospective residents to discuss leasing terms and requirements
• Processing forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of resident interactions, transactions and comments
• Ensure resident satisfaction and provide professional support.
• Tracking and connecting with applicants

Leasing Agent Preferred Candidates:

• Capable of working in a professional setting, well spoken.
• Able to learn quickly in new environment
• Past experience and longevity in similar roles
• Previous experience with applications similar to Yardi
• Comfortable with utilizing computer application and multi-line phone systems
