- Full time Leasing agent
- Up to $18 an hour based on experience
- Right in Kalamazoo
Express is looking for a professional leasing agent to provide support to the Property Manager as well as current and future residents.
Leasing Consultant Duties/Responsibilities: (Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following) :
- Great visitors, answer phone, direct guest and inquiries as needed
- Assist with data entry and validation
- Acknowledging and resolving issues as they arise.
- Meeting with prospective residents to discuss leasing terms and requirements
- Processing forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of resident interactions, transactions and comments
- Ensure resident satisfaction and provide professional support.
- Tracking and connecting with applicants
Leasing Agent Preferred Candidates:
- Capable of working in a professional setting, well spoken.
- Able to learn quickly in new environment
- Past experience and longevity in similar roles
- Previous experience with applications similar to Yardi
- Comfortable with utilizing computer application and multi-line phone systems
