Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking an Junior Project Business Manager to join our clients team in NE Portland OR . This is a great opportunity for a recent Business Administration graduate who wants real-world experience supporting project operations financial tracking and administrative coordination. Youll learn how projects run work closely with experienced managers and build skills that set the foundation for long-term career growth.
Pay: $29/hr
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00am5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Help purchase and receive materials for active projects
Track job costs budgets and profit/loss
Prepare and process invoices and financial documents
Maintain organized project files progress updates and reports
Support project managers and field teams with administrative needs
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to keep projects moving
What You Bring
A Bachelors degree in Business Administration (required)
Strong Excel skillscomfortable working with spreadsheets and data
Good communication organization and attention to detail
A willingness to learn and ask questions
Reliability professionalism and the ability to stay on top of deadlines
Maybe You Have
Experience from internships part-time jobs or school projects involving business operations
Exposure to accounting project coordination or purchasing
Interest in construction manufacturing or project-based environments
