CORE SPECIALTY EARLY CAREERS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Core Specialty’s Early Career Development Program (ECDP) is a two-year, full-time initiative for graduating seniors and early career professionals. ECDPs work alongside industry experts on daily tasks and projects, build productive relationships, and network with leaders at all levels and diverse teams. With guided development and tailored networking experiences, participants gain the skills to advance their career .

The Junior Bond Underwriter will support the surety division in the organic growth of the contract and commercial surety lines of business.
Key Accountabilities/Deliverables :
The individual will spend the first-year learning principles of suretyship, underwriting skills, and claims.
Technical Knowledge & Experiences
It is necessary for success in this role that the person possess es a certain level of acumen in financial analysis of non-public and public entity financial statements and related financial records .
T he person must possess proper communication skills, both in writing and orally .
The person must possess personality skills necessary for marketing of our products.
Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in risk management and insurance, actuarial science, finance, or investments.
