Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a HR Administrative Coordinator. This role is located at our site in El Paso, TX.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $52499.97 - $76999.96 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

The HR Administrative Coordinator will perform a variety of analytical and administrative functions to include onboarding and exiting of employees, participation in orientations and maintaining the HRMS system to support the activities of the Human Resources Department and maintain an accurate database. Must have analytical and basic computer and problem-solving skills and be able to protect confidential information. Must demonstrate tact, poise and maturity, and be able to work well with all types of people at all levels. Must have excellent telephone etiquette and maintain discreet handling of confidential information. Work with third party benefit providers to assist in resolving employee issues. Comply with all health and safety processes.
