HR Administrative Coordinator Location El Paso, TX (Northwest area) :

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a HR Administrative Coordinator. This role is located at our site in El Paso, TX.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $52499.97 - $76999.96 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:

The HR Administrative Coordinator will perform a variety of analytical and administrative functions to include onboarding and exiting of employees, participation in orientations and maintaining the HRMS system to support the activities of the Human Resources Department and maintain an accurate database. Must have analytical and basic computer and problem-solving skills and be able to protect confidential information. Must demonstrate tact, poise and maturity, and be able to work well with all types of people at all levels. Must have excellent telephone etiquette and maintain discreet handling of confidential information. Work with third party benefit providers to assist in resolving employee issues. Comply with all health and safety processes.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for preparing new employee orientation materials and setting up conference room for orientation. (i.e., orientation books & I-9 verification, etc.)
  • Backup assistance with Time and Attendance (T&A) reporting.
  • Maintain manufacturing internal job log for positions posted/filled.
  • Generate and post internal manufacturing jobs on bulletin boards and remove from bulletin boards when posting expires.
  • Maintain all administrative responsibilities for filing current and terminated employee documents as well as developing a migration plan to catalog physical files into digital platform.
  • Responsible for helping employees with daily requests, including but not limited to password reset, annual benefit enrollment, other corporate initiatives, etc.
  • Supports a variety of clerical, administrative work responsibilities to support the Human Resources Department as well as other function department leaders, as assigned.
  • Help provide recruiting support and initiatives as needed. (Resume screening, events material ordering, scheduling interviews, etc.)
  • Conduct interviews for hourly positions.
  • Print employee badges.
  • Heavily involved with onboarding coordination and applicant tracking both pre & post hire.
  • Support site events and campaigns organization.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree from an accredited institution.
  • One (1)+ years' experience in manufacturing
  • One (1)+ years' working knowledge/experience with time and attendance programs (i.e. Kronos).
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now and within the future
  • No relocation offered. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of El Paso, TX or be active military.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Computer skills (i.e. Microsoft suite, Outlook, etc.)
  • Continuous Improvement/ Lean Principal awareness.
  • One (1)+ years administrative / coordinator experience

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and concise written communication skills
  • Proven history of safe work habits and good attendance.
  • Must be able to work effectively without direct supervision.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed
