Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Revenue Manager to optimize hotel revenue through data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will analyze market trends, develop competitive pricing strategies, and collaborate with hotel teams to maximize profitability. Your expertise will directly contribute to ARK’s mission of elevating relationships, reputation, and returns in hospitality. • Ensure hotel pricing and distribution strategies align with brand standards and market conditions.
• Provide accurate revenue forecasts and guide hotel teams through budgeting processes.
• Monitor market trends, demand forecasts, and competitor pricing to optimize rates.
• Conduct revenue meetings and communicate pricing strategies to hotel teams.
• Monitor and evaluate hotel performance through reports such as STR and segmentation reports.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to attend industry events and represent our brand.
• Strong understanding of market segmentation, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.
• Ability to oversee multiple properties and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using revenue management systems and market analysis tools.
