Your expertise in various styling methods, including hair extensions and color theory, will be essential in delivering high-quality results that meet our clients' needs. Duties: Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. Apply advanced techniques such as hair extensions, hair threading, and straight razor cuts. Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations. Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Offer exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and understanding their preferences. Assist with front desk operations including greeting clients and managing retail sales. Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on best practices in hair care and styling. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, makeup application, and nail care. Promote services through upselling techniques to enhance client experience and satisfaction. Requirements: Valid cosmetology or barbering license. Proficiency in color theory and various hair styling techniques. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Experience with retail math to assist in sales transactions. Familiarity with salon management software is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. A passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing education and skill development.
