What You’ll Do

You’ll be the creative engine behind designs that are worn, awarded, collected, and celebrated. One day it's a championship medal. The next, a killer apparel lineup or a merch set that turns heads. Every day? Creative impact .

Your Responsibilities:

• Craft bold, high-impact medal designs that stand out on any podium
• Create sharp, production-ready vector art, mockups, engrave files, and color separations
• Turn rough ideas into polished, powerful visuals that excite clients
• Collaborate with sales & production to bring products from concept to reality
• Balance multiple projects with confidence, speed, and precision
• Keep the bar high — clean files, smart layouts, and strong visual storytelling

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years graphic design experience (merch/medal experience = big plus)
• Master-level Adobe Illustrator (required) and Photoshop, knowledge of other Adobe, Creative Suite Apps a plus
• Illustration & typography instincts
• Hands-on experience prepping art for print, engraving, sublimation, embroidery, or screenprint
• A detail-driven mindset with the ability to work fast and smart
• Positive energy & strong communication & a passion for creative work

Bonus Power Skills (Not Required but a plus):

• 3D modeling for product visualization
• Deep print-process knowledge
