Developing new and disruptive technologies is our passion. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Global CMC Automation & Robotics Leader. As a strong global program leader in CMC/process development with automation/robotics experience, you will define, lead and execute our automation and robotics strategy across the global functions of CMC. In this role you will build and execute the strategic vision for automation and robotics in collaboration with the automation leads in the CMC functions, covering lab automation, co-bots, mobile robots, and humanoid robotics. You will build and lead a team of automation & robotics experts to support the embedded automation teams in the CMC functions. You will be part of the CMC Data Sciences organization leadership, supporting matrix teams across the international Sanofi footprint in the US, France, and Germany. It is a unique opportunity to implement an ambitious automation transformation across process development activities, focused on reducing development cycles, improving process robustness and increasing productivity.
