General Dentist

The Company:
Our client is a well-established and trusted private dental practice based in Rochester, New York. They are known for their high-quality patient care, professional environment, and supportive team culture.

The Position:
Our client is seeking a General Dentist to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a stable practice with a strong patient base and mentorship available for newer dentists.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $225,000 – $280,000 annually (based on collections)
• Up to 30% of collections (100% collection rate)
• $800 per day guarantee
• Health stipend
• No lab fees
• Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Full support staff / mentorship available

Requirements:

• Licensed Dentist in the State of New York
• Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in all aspects of general dentistry
• Experience using XLdent software preferred

Responsibilities:

• Monday – Friday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST)
• Provide comprehensive dental care, including exams, fillings, crowns, bridges, and preventive procedures
• Diagnose and treat oral health issues with a focus on patient education and comfort
• Develop individualized treatment plans and ensure continuity of care
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to optimize patient flow and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records within XLdent
• Stay current with continuing education and evolving dental techniques
