Job Type & Schedule * Job Type: Full-time * Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed) Work Requirements * Work Location: In person * Ability to Commute: Morris, MN (Required) Pay Range Competitive Pay: * Maintenance Technicians: Up to $35 per flat-rate hour (based on experience and skill level) * Main Line Technicians: Up to $48 per flat-rate hour (based on certification and diagnostic ability) Additional Incentives * Performance-based bonuses and certification pay available * Paid off-site training Relocation Assistance * Veero Ford & CDJR of Morris will offer relocation assistance for qualified candidates. Job Description Veero Ford is expanding our service team and looking for both experienced Main Line Technicians and skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our Ford-certified shop. Whether you’re performing routine maintenance or diagnosing advanced electrical and drivability concerns, you’ll be part of a high-performing, quality-focused environment. Our Ford Service Department is equipped with the latest factory diagnostic equipment, tools, and software, allowing you to perform your best work every day. Technicians at Veero Ford receive continuous Ford STARS training and are supported by leadership that values accuracy, professionalism, and career development. Responsibilities * Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford and Stellantis vehicles * Handle both routine and complex repairs including brakes, suspension, electrical, and engine work * Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks (Maintenance Technicians) * Diagnose drivability and electrical issues (Main Line Technicians) * Test-drive vehicles and perform post-repair quality checks * Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines * Follow all dealership and manufacturer repair procedures * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Stay current with factory training and participate in ongoing education Qualifications * 1+ year of hands-on automotive repair or maintenance experience required * Ford or ASE certifications preferred (higher pay for certified techs) * Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills * Ability to use modern diagnostic tools and follow repair procedures * Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction * Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Why Join Veero Ford & Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram * Fun and professional work environment.
