We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Scheduling Specialist to join our growing team. In this vital role, you’ll coordinate daily fleet operations, ensuring timely service delivery and effective communication between drivers and support teams.

Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Scheduling Specialist:

• Schedule and assign drivers based on location, availability, and service demand
• Monitor fleet activity and performance in real time
• Communicate route instructions, updates, and changes clearly to drivers
• Maintain accurate records of trips, vehicle usage, and driver assignments
• Respond promptly to service issues or emergencies
• Collaborate with internal departments to support operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For as a Fleet Scheduling Specialist:

• Experience in dispatching, logistics, or fleet coordination
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with routing or dispatch software (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license required
