**_*Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future_** **Overview:** We are seeking an experienced and motivated FileNet, IBM Content Navigator, and IBM Enterprise Records Developer to join our team. As a developer in this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise content management solutions. Your expertise will contribute to the success of critical projects within our organization. **Responsibilities:** **Solution Design and Development:** + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements and design robust solutions using FileNet, IBM Content Navigator, and IBM BAW. + Develop custom components, workflows, and integrations to enhance the functionality of these platforms. + Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. **Platform Customization and Configuration:** + Customize and configure FileNet, IBM Content Navigator, and IBM Enterprise Records to meet specific business needs. + Hands on experience (7+ years) on FileNet P8 having excellent experience on FileNet 5.X, IBM Content Navigator, ICM , IER, Web services development and integration, Hosting services on WebSphere. + Hands on experience on CE APIs , PE APIs. + Implement security models, access controls, and permissions. + Optimize system performance and scalability. + Collaborate with database administrators to ensure seamless data flow between systems. + Leverage APIs and web services for system interoperability. + Strong in Java,Javascript, Springboot + Basic knowledge on scripting + Excellent troubleshooting skills + Code Review, Best Practices and architectural governance + Experience working on Support Applications will be accepted until 12/16/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $68,422 - $114,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
